Cancellation Policy

At Reborn Chiropractic, we understand that unforeseen events may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

This allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient who may be in need of care.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we may charge a cancellation fee.

 

This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with preparing for your appointment and the lost opportunity to offer the appointment to another patient.

If you are unable to keep your appointment due to an unforeseen event, such as a medical emergency or inclement weather, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements to reschedule your appointment.

Please note that repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on scheduling future appointments. We understand that your time is valuable, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us to provide quality care to all of our patients.
